LOKI season 2 already in the pre-production stage

Loki Season 2 working title is “Architect.”

Loki has become the biggest hit of all the Marvel Studios series released on Disney+ so far. The show is barely out, and fans are already wondering if there will be a LOKI season 2.

According to Marvel Studios VP of Production & Development Nate Moore, the show was created with its extension in mind, when asked in an interview if there were other Marvel shows on a track to get multiple seasons. 

“The one that comes to mind — and that probably isn’t a secret — I think there’s a lot of storytelling in Loki that’s really irreverent and clever and cool, but also lends itself to multiple seasons in a way where it’s not a one-off.” he says

In February, Kevin Feige revealed that even if most Marvel Disney+ series are intended to be one-shot, some of them could potentially get multiple seasons. Well, our best guess is one and only Loki.

WandaVision is probably off the table and won’t get the second season. WandaVision was all about the Wanda illusive World far away from reality created in her grief, as well as her journey to embrace her Scarlet Witch persona. We will further see Elizabeth Olsen in Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness, where Scarlet Witch will continue her story.

Loki, the God of Mischief, played by Tom Hiddleston, is the first Marvel show that comes to our mind whenever there possibility of getting a multiple seasons deal. The plot deals with TVA time authority and parallel dimension, which allows a lot of flexibility and could easily expand the show beyond the six planned episodes.

It’s been only three episodes, and the amount of Interest and craze generated by Loki on Disney+ is phenomenal. 

Loki Season 2 already in pre-production 

According to the Production Weekly Issue – 1248 listed all the new productions taking place and hiring. Among the hundreds of productions listed, including new Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania along with the new season of Loki 02 under the working title “Architect.”

It means LOKI Season 2 is currently in some pre-production stage with an in-production shooting date of January 2022.

There is a possibility that Loki’s show maker would end Season 1 on a cliff-hanger as season 2 already went for pre-production, although Tom Hiddleston has confirmed “Season one has an ending” in an interview.

However, Marvel didn’t reveal any information regarding Loki season 2 yet, but fans should expect an announcement soon.
