Tom & Jerry takes on Darkseid to save Justice League
Justice League Snyder’s Cut release date is just around the corner, but for some lucky people, it was yesterday who got the chance to watch a portion or sneak peek of the film after it was accidentally leaked on HBO Max ahead of schedule and replaced by Tom and Jerry movie.
According to reports, HBO subscribers managed to watch the first hour of the Snyder Cut on Monday evening instead of Tom and Jerry Movie.
Multiple HBO Max viewers posted images and videos of the glaring error on Twitter. Eventually, Warner Bros rectified the problem and took the entire movie down from the HBO Max platform.
HBO confirmed that, yes, this did, in fact happen: “Zack Snyder’s Justice League was temporarily available on HBO Max and the error was addressed within minutes,” a spokesperson tells The Verge.
Why did the Justice League Snyder Cut get released early?
According to unconfirmed reports, HBO Max employee who worked under Geoff johns & Toby Emmerich accidentally replaced Tom & Jerry movie file with Zack Snyder Justice League, So when you play Tom & Jerry in HBO Max, it is actually Justice League Synder cut is being played for almost an hour.
It’s possible that HBO Max employe were simply gearing up for its release next week and uploading the movie on the streaming platform when accidentally it got replaced by Tom and Jerry and went live on HBO Max.
However, Luckily, the poor resolution on HBO Max prevented anyone from watching the entire movie and potentially posting spoilers online.
Zack Snyder’s Justice League is one of the most anticipated HBO Max movies of the year. Snyder left the film after a family tragedy, only to return to complete his vision more than three years after demanding from WB fans. Snyder shot several new minutes for his cut, which was announced in May.
Fans will be disappointed that in the middle of the excitement for Zack Snyder’s Justice League release having and waited for more than three years, it suffered this major chaos.
