Return and Refund Policy

  • Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after receiving your order.
  • We will require a photo to be submitted with your problem report to begin with Return and Refund.

  • Masks cannot be returned or refunded once packaging has been opened due to health protection reasons.

  • We only offer refunds to the original payment method used to make the order.
