Cobra Kai Season 5 will start filming soon in Atlanta.

Season 5 could start filming as early as Next Month.

Cobra Kai fans are eagerly waiting for Season 4. After getting tremendous success with the third season, Netflix announced Season 4 to be released in December. Now we got to know that Cobra Kai Team already started working on Cobra Kai Season 5.

Cobra kai massive fanbase is also looking forward to the release of Cobra Kai’s season five. As per the latest update, Cobra Kai Season 5 is to start filming soon. 

According to Peyton’s Hair Stylish Meredith Morris Instagram post, Peyton List, aka Tory, will be flaunting a new hairstyle for Season 5. She is soon heading to Atlanta to start filming Cobra Kai Season 5.

Her Instagram post reads, “Always fun getting to see @peytonlist. Updated her Cobra Kai hair look! She’s already almost back to ATL to start filming season 5. Im over here anxiously awaiting season 4.

It is hard to believe since we haven’t seen the Season 4 Trailer yet, and Netflix hasn’t announced a specific release date for Season 4 until now. 

However, she could be right for various reasons, Since Xolo Maridueña was cast as the Blue Beetle Movie that goes into production in early 2022. While Tanner Buchanan, aka Robby Keene busy with other Netflix projects. 

The writer of Cobra Kai, Jon Hurwitz also concerned about the actor’s age factor. As Cobra Kai’s story revolves around teenagers, most of the actors are over 20+, and the actors are growing up faster. 

Additionally, New Delta COVID cases are rising rapidly in the U.S, and the Cobra Kai team doesn’t want to face another Lockdown situation as Season 4 production has already been delayed due to it. 

Looking at all these circumstances, it is probably best to start filming for season 5 now, when the script has already been completed. Otherwise, it could delay Season 5 for an infinite period.   

As per the WatchParty, Cobra Kai season 5 filming is scheduled from September 1 – December 17. While, Season 4 filming took the same period of time to complete, from February to April. Still, please take it as a pinch of salt. 

According to Ralph Macchio, the Cobra Kai writers have already planned for the sequel series to last for at least six seasons. It means Season 5 won’t be the last.

Cobra Kai Season 5 Release Date

Although, we don’t have an exact release date of season 5 nor any confirmation from Netflix. However, looking at the filming of season 4, including producing and after-production period. 

Expect Cobra Kai Season 5 to drop by July 2022 on Netflix. Cobra Kai team is already behind the release scheduled due to Covid lockdown, and by stated Season 5 release date, they’ll be on Scheduled.

We believe that soon after the release of Season 4, we’ll get the confirmation of Season 5 from Netflix.
