The Money Heist aka La Casa de Papel, is the most popular show on Netflix. The Money Heist fans are eagerly waiting for the fifth season of the smash-hit Netflix series. We are going to break a terrible news about Money Heist season 5, it will not be coming to the Netflix streaming platform in April 2021.

Money Heist makers officially announced the renewal of the fifth season on February 8th, 2020, also acknowledging it as the last season.

Money Heist Season 4 was released on April 3rd, 2020, and had eight episodes. Most of the fans were hoping the Season 5 to drop around April 2021, but that was not the case. Due to COVID-19 delaying production and filming, the new season’s release date is once again delayed.

Netflix dropped the list of films and series coming in April, and, unfortunately, the Money Heist could not make its place in the list.

The Creator Alex Pina, Announced that It Wouldn’t be Released until September 2021. So Fans Can Expect It’s Release in Late 2021 or Early 2022.

La Casa de Papel Part 5 will have a 10-episode in the final season. According to the reports, It will be two episodes longer than previous seasons, with a total of 10 episodes to end the series.

The official announcement suggests, two new cast members were added in Season 5. Firstly, Miguel Ángel Silvestre was announced to be part of season 5, best known for Sense8. Miguel’s character could be a new villain for the final season.




Secondly is Patrick Criado, who is the best know for The Aspiran. However, Nairobi character was killed in Season 4, but once again her character has been listed to appear in season 5, episode 1 of the show. It could be through flashbacks or repeats.

The good news is, according to reports, filming of the Money heist has concluded, and post-production has commenced. Miguel Harren, who plays Rio, recently took to his Instagram to share the story of his look in a signature red jumpsuit and black shoes.
